Purchase occurred 6/30/18. Recieved one pair that afternoon at 2:00. On Friday Aug. 3rd/2018 I got a call & msg

that my second pair were ready. I called back informing them they could just mail them to me. They did not ship them Friday. Monday i called early and the person i spoke to (male) said he'd get them in the mail and i should get them Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Thursday morning and a gal told me she did not know where they were and she'd leave a not on the managers desk. She also explained that a package was brought back due to postage shortage and she was nit sure if it was mine?

The manager, Michele, called me this morning after Customer Service had called her. Customer Service told me that a new pair would be made and shipped to me immediately or ready in the Albequerque today. Michele explained differently say she'd call me a little later. That was around 9:30 a.m. it us noon thirty now and I've now heard from anyone from Eyeglass World.

Sounds to me like everyone at this Corporation, as Michele calls it, is covering up all these blundering fallacies they've concocted in the name of big business! What a.cluster ***(
